Thomas Dunkin (for Sebastian Professional) created the look for the Zero + Marie Cornejo Fall ’10 fashion show. The look was an “effortless-chic” look that’s sexy without trying too hard to compliment Maria Cornejo's inspiration for the collection.
“For both the men’s and women’s collections, I was exploring the structure of perfectly crafted tailoring, but I wanted to remake the rules and push things off balance. In my life there is always a collision of cultures born of my experiences growing up in England yet staying emotionally rooted in the freedom and warmth of Latin America.” – Maria Cornejo
Rock the Look:
1. First apply a lightweight styling spray like Sebastian Professional Potion 9 Lite to damp hair for moveable body and shine
2. Twist hair into loose sections while blow-drying the length of the hair and gently tousle with finger tips
3. Rub a quarter-sized amount of Matte Putty between palms and run hands through ends for added piecey-ness and a textured effect
