My hair has never been really thick.  Sometimes it might appear to be thicker than it actual is, but my hair strands themselves are actually thin dainty.  I hate when people say their hair is thin because so many people equate thin with damaged or unhealthy, but the truth is that hair thickness comes in many different varieties.  "Our hair thickness results from a combination of both the size of the follicles themselves and how many of them line our scalp. The size of the follicles determines if the individual hair strands are thick or thin. Large follicles produce thick hairs. Small follicles produce thin hairs. It is that simple!"  See so I have dainty follicles and that means I have dainty strands!
