27-year-old Olivia Pinheiro was finally allowed to represent Bolivia in Miss Universe 2011 pageant
Earlier this year, Olivia was found that she had aged out to compete in Miss Universe 2011. She was born in October 1983 which means she is turning 28 later this year.
The Bolivian media finally confirmed Olivia's participation in Miss Universe 2011.
